Child & Adolescent
Assessments
At Oklahoma Children's, we specialize in the assessment of children and adolescents 2 to 18 years of age. Our psychologists provide a wide range of comprehensive child assessments, including: (1) Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations, (2) ADHD evaluations, (3) psychoeducational evaluations, and (4) psychological evaluations. More information on all of our child evaluation services can be found below.
The purpose of an Autism diagnostic evaluation is to discover whether your child has any symptoms of ASD, how many symptoms they have, and how those symptoms may impact your child's ability to fully interact with their environment.
The purpose of an ADHD diagnostic evaluation is to identify if your child has any symptoms of ADHD, how many symptoms they have, and how those symptoms may impact your child's ability to function at home, school, and within the community.
Our psycho-educational evaluations are a comprehensive assessment of your child's cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional functioning. These assessments are designed to evaluate any academic or learning concerns for your child.
Psychological assessments are designed to assist your family in the accurate diagnosis of conditions such as depression, anxiety, and behavioral concerns. These evaluations assist in the determination of the best treatment options (if needed).
